Return Eligibility & Window

• Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Sealed and unopened vinyl records, merchandise, and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Vinyl is delicate! If your record arrives warped, severely damaged, or with manufacturing audio defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the issue so we can send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or played vinyl records (unless proven defective upon arrival).

• Clearout/Sale items or digital download codes.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and sturdy cardboard mailers to prevent damage during transit.
